Coconut Macaroon Ingredients
(Makes about 30 cookies)
3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup powdered sugar
200 grams shredded coconut
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
150 grams dark chocolate (optional)

Iraqi pastries filled with nuts (sweet) or cheese (savory). You can choose to make it with either or both of the fillings. If you want to do both, make half of the filling for each.

Gondi - Persian Chickpea Dumplin Stew with Chicken Ingredients
1 cup of chickpeas – soaked over night OR canned chickpeas OR frozen chickpeas
