Are you a caregiver for a family member, loved one, friend or neighbor in Washington Heights and Inwood? SHARED CARE provides a wide variety of support services to caregivers facing the demands of caregiving for an aging individual, spouse, child or other family member.

Services include:

Individual and Family Counseling
Respite supports
Support groups on-site and via telephone
Escort services
Home repair
Household or Personal care
Community resource bank
Case management
Internet based registry to post needs
