Mitchell Harris is the Director of the Hudson Community Project: Safe at Home, which connects older adults with services that help them maintain autonomy by making living at home more comfortable and secure. While pursuing his BSW, Mitchell worked with older adults in the Social Service Department at the Jewish Community Center in Staten Island. Mitchell then received his MSW with a concentration in Human Service Leadership from Fordham University. His interest in communal work is what led him to the Hudson Community Project: Safe at Home. Mitchell hopes to add value in the program participants' lives through every interaction.
