New mom? Congratulations! Now discover a great way to meet other new mothers and discuss topics of mutual interest. These groups that are open to the community and conducted by an experienced, licensed social worker and certified yoga instructor. Discussion topics may include parent and child wellness, self-image, breast-feeding, food preparation and more. Come join us!
