The Curiologists program is focused on science for early learners. In this enrichment program, pre-school aged students focus on investigating their world through scientific inquiry.  Each unit focuses on a different field of science and all lessons incorporate a project that relates to the theme. For example, in Fall 2016, the Curiologists will explore human physiology, the science of our human selves by exploring  the muscular, skeletal, nervous, digestive, respiratory, and immune systems that makes their bodies work. Kids will discover how their voice box works, how many bones they have, how thousands of "tasters" on their tongues help them distinguish flavors, how the DNA in their cells is different from everyone else's, and more.   Lessons are conducted using traditional lab methods so that students learn how to observe, record and report their work. Early literacy skill-building is included. Students do not need to read or write in order to take this class.
