NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital oversees the Uptown Hub. It is one of five Youth Opportunity Hubs that are funded by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office's Criminal Justice Investment Initiative. The hubs provide social spaces and link neighborhood service providers to provide comprehensive support for underserved teens and young adults.
The CBOs making up the Uptown Hub include the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights & Inwood, Dominican Women's Development Center, Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation, People's Theatre Project, and the Police Athletic League at the Armory.
